TPP0200 300Vrms 200MHz

The TPP0200 is a 200 MHz, 10X passive voltage probe for 1 MΩ oscilloscope inputs in the ~13 pF compensation class. Higher bandwidth than the TPP0100 family makes it suitable for faster digital edges and wider analog signals while retaining the simplicity and ruggedness of a passive 10X probe.

Input resistance is 10 MΩ. Proper LF compensation against the scope input yields accurate amplitude and edge response across the rated bandwidth. The probe is intended for general-purpose laboratory and production measurements within its voltage and CAT ratings.

Pair TPP0200 with compatible Tektronix and third-party scopes that specify a 1 MΩ // ~13 pF input when 200 MHz passive probing is required.
