TPP0101 300Vrms 100MHz

The TPP0101 is a 100 MHz, 10X passive voltage probe matched to BNC oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ // 20 pF inputs. Like the TPP0100, it offers 10 MΩ input resistance for everyday measurements, with the compensation network tuned for the higher 20 pF scope input class.

Bandwidth is DC to 100 MHz with typical rise time <3.5 ns and a 1.3 m cable. Applications include relatively low-frequency computer and telecom measurements, power supplies, and low-frequency amplifiers. Probe safety design follows UL/CSA/IEC 61010-031 requirements.

Choose TPP0101 when your oscilloscope input capacitance is specified near 20 pF; use TPP0100 for 13 pF-class inputs.
