TPP0100 300 Vrms 100 MHz

The TPP0100 is a 100 MHz, 10X passive voltage probe for BNC oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ // 13 pF inputs. It provides 10 MΩ input resistance for general-purpose, relatively low-frequency measurements on power supplies, amplifiers, and computer/telecom circuits without excessively loading the DUT.

Bandwidth is DC to 100 MHz with typical rise time <3.5 ns. The standard cable length is 1.3 m. The probe is designed to relevant UL/CSA/IEC 61010-031 probe safety standards. Compensation adjusts to match the oscilloscope input capacitance for flat response within the rated bandwidth.

Use TPP0100 as a durable everyday 10X probe on compatible 1 MΩ scope channels when 100 MHz bandwidth is sufficient.
