The TCP8000 Series II are high-current, high-frequency AC/DC current probes for power electronics. The TCP8102 is the first high-frequency AC/DC current probe able to measure up to 1000 A RMS, while the TCP8501D measures 500 A RMS with up to 4 MHz bandwidth.

Both models offer two switchable ranges, automatic degauss and zero, over-range alarm with indicator and buzzer, very low waveform distortion and insertion loss, and strong immunity to electromagnetic interference. The standard BNC output connects to any oscilloscope.
