Product Introduction

SIGLENT’s SSG3000X Plus series RF signal generators have a frequency range of 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz / 3.2 GHz with 0.01 Hz frequency resolution. They provide analog modulation such as AM, FM and PM, plus pulse modulation and an optional pulse train generator. Phase noise is -117 dBc/Hz @ 1 GHz (20 kHz offset, typ.), level accuracy is ≤0.7 dB (typ.) and output reaches up to +20 dBm (typ.). With their high accuracy and pure outputs, the SSG3000X Plus generators are the right choice for R&D, education and manufacturing.
