The RP6060 power rail probe is a low-noise, large-offset solution for measuring ripple and noise on DC power rails. Its ±60 V DC offset range brings the AC ripple of a DC rail to the center of the oscilloscope screen, which most oscilloscopes cannot do on their own.

With DC–1 GHz bandwidth, low probe noise and an auto DC-offset zero button, it is ideal for PDN, point-of-load and switching-regulator ripple analysis. USB and battery dual power.
