The P6501 is a 10X passive high-impedance oscilloscope probe with DC–500 MHz bandwidth and 0.7 ns rise time, designed and calibrated for oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ / 13 pF inputs. Oscilloscopes that support probe detection set the attenuation automatically.
