The SIGLENT ODP6100B optically isolated probe uses optical isolation between the probe head and the oscilloscope, providing very high common mode rejection for measuring small differential signals riding on high common-mode voltages, such as wide band-gap (SiC/GaN) power device switching measurements. It is the 1 GHz model of the ODP6000B series and connects to the oscilloscope via BNC.
