The HP6203 is a 1000X high-voltage passive probe that measures up to 20 kV DC and 40 kV pulses with DC–100 MHz bandwidth. It is used with oscilloscopes and instruments with 1 MΩ input impedance for high-voltage power supply, pulse and insulation work.
A matched compensation box and dedicated cable are supplied; the probe must be grounded during use.
