Bidirectional Regenerative DC Power Supply PSB 10000 3U Series

The PSB 10000 3U series are bidirectional programmable DC power supplies that combine a DC source and a regenerative electronic load in one 19-inch 3U unit, with 5 kW to 15 kW per unit, voltages 0–60 V up to 0–2000 V and currents 0–20 A up to 0–510 A. They switch seamlessly between source and sink (two-quadrant operation) and, in sink mode, feed the absorbed energy back to the grid with efficiency up to 96%, cutting energy and cooling costs. Built-in battery test and battery/fuel-cell simulation, a PV test mode (EN 50530, MPPT), a function generator and automotive test routines make the PSB 10000 suited to battery, EV powertrain, on-board charger, DC-DC converter and inverter testing. The 3U models listed here are the standard 208 V / 380–480 V AC versions; dedicated US208V models with their own article numbers are available on request.
