The DPX60x0B series are smart high-frequency low-voltage differential probes for ±20 V, ±40 V and ±60 V (DC + peak) with up to 1 GHz bandwidth, 10:1, 20:1 and 50:1 attenuation, and 1 pF input capacitance.
With built-in communication, they work with the OT7001 smart probe controller to set the oscilloscope model, voltage type, attenuation ratio and delay automatically.
