The DPX6000 series are smart high-voltage differential probes with 70 MHz bandwidth for safe floating measurement in switching power supplies, inverters, motor drives and other power electronics. Each model has two attenuation ranges, a 5 MHz bandwidth-limit switch and an audible and visual over-range alarm.
With built-in communication, the probes work with the OT7001 smart probe controller, which sets the oscilloscope model, voltage type, attenuation ratio and delay automatically. The standard BNC output connects to any oscilloscope set to 1 MΩ input impedance.
