The DP60x0B series high-frequency low-voltage differential probes measure ±20 V, ±40 V and ±60 V (DC + peak) with up to 1 GHz bandwidth and 10:1, 20:1 and 50:1 attenuation. Low input capacitance minimizes circuit loading for fast gate-drive and signal measurements.
An overload alarm is built in, and the BNC output connects to any oscilloscope set to 50 Ω input.
