The DP6021 is a high-frequency low-voltage differential probe for signals up to ±20 V (DC + peak) with 200 MHz bandwidth and 10:1 attenuation. It is designed for gate-drive, logic and low-voltage power measurements where a ground-referenced probe would short or load the circuit.
An overload indicator warns when the input exceeds the measuring range. Use with an oscilloscope set to 50 Ω input impedance.
