DP1503 1500V 300MHz

The DP1503 is a Micsig DP-series high-voltage differential probe for floating and high-side measurements with a standard oscilloscope. Dual attenuation ranges and a compact shielded body support power-electronics work on switch-mode supplies, motor drives, solar inverters, and similar high-common-mode circuits.

Bandwidth is 300 MHz with ≤1.13 ns rise time. Selectable attenuation is 50X / 500X, for a maximum differential input of 150 V (50X) / 1500 V (500X) DC+AC peak. Typical accuracy is ±2% (1% available on request). Input impedance is about 13.2 MΩ / 1.67 pF differential (approx. 6.6 MΩ / 3.3 pF each input to ground). CMRR is typically >80 dB at DC, >60 dB at 100 kHz, and remains useful into the tens of megahertz. Noise at full bandwidth is typically ≤50 mVrms (50X) / ≤200 mVrms (500X) full bandwidth. A 5 MHz bandwidth-limit mode helps quiet high-frequency noise when full bandwidth is not required.

The BNC output is intended for a 50 Ω (300 MHz class) oscilloscope input. Power is DC 5 V; one-click auto-zero, overload LED/buzzer, and power-off memory simplify bench use. Max voltage to ground is CAT II 1000 V / CAT III 600 V class for this voltage family.
