The CPH9000 series Rogowski coil current probes measure AC current with up to 100 MHz bandwidth and typical 2% accuracy, ideal for IGBT and MOSFET switching current, harmonic content and high-frequency sinusoidal currents.
A small 14 mm coil, USB power and a standard BNC output make it easy to use with oscilloscopes and data recorders; coil and cable length can be customized.
