CP1003B 30A DC-100MHz

The CP1003B is a high-frequency AC/DC current probe in the Micsig CP series for oscilloscope-based current waveform capture. It combines wide bandwidth with dual current ranges so the same probe can resolve small-signal behavior and higher continuous or peak currents in power-electronics and industrial designs.

Bandwidth is DC–100 MHz with ≤3.5 ns rise time. Selectable ranges are 5 A / 30 A (dual range), with maximum input 30 Arms continuous, 50 Apk. Typical accuracy is ±1% on continuous current at DC and line frequency (45–66 Hz). Output sensitivity is 1 V/A (5 A) and 0.1 V/A (30 A); lowest measurable current is about 1 mA (5 A range) / 10 mA (30 A range). The clamp jaw accepts conductors up to 5 mm diameter.

A universal BNC output works with most oscilloscopes when the channel input is set to 1 MΩ. One-button degauss/auto-zero and over-current indication simplify setup. Power is supplied from the included DC 12 V adapter (do not power from the oscilloscope USB port). Typical uses include switching power supplies, motor drives, EV and industrial electronics, and semiconductor/inverter characterization.
