Product Introduction

SIGLENT's SHS800X and SHS1000X handheld digital oscilloscopes combine a 2-channel 100/200 MHz oscilloscope (1 GSa/s, 12 Mpts) with a 6000-count True RMS multimeter and a recorder. The SHS800X has two non-isolated scope channels and one isolated multimeter channel; the SHS1000X features full isolation between both oscilloscope channels, multimeter, power adapter and USB port. Inputs are rated CAT III 600 Vrms / CAT II 1000 Vrms.
