Product Introduction

SIGLENT’s SSG3000X-IQE Plus series RF signal generators cover 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz / 3.2 GHz (CW) with 0.01 Hz frequency resolution and add external I/Q modulation (IQ mode 10 MHz to 2.1 GHz / 3.2 GHz). Used with a baseband generator such as the SDG6000X, they generate IQ modulated signals with up to 100 MHz baseband I/Q and 200 MHz RF bandwidth (typ.). They also provide AM, FM, PM and pulse modulation, phase noise of -117 dBc/Hz @ 1 GHz (20 kHz offset, typ.) and output up to +20 dBm (typ.).

Models: SSG3021X-IQE Plus (9 kHz – 2.1 GHz) and SSG3032X-IQE Plus (9 kHz – 3.2 GHz).
