The 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer is a customizable, fully integrated semiconductor parameter analyzer that provides synchronized current-voltage (I-V), capacitance-voltage (C-V) and ultra-fast pulsed I-V characterization for semiconductor device, materials and process development, reliability and failure analysis.
