SIGLENT's SDS1000X-E Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes are available in two and four channel models with 100 MHz and 200 MHz bandwidth, 1 GSa/s ADCs and 14 Mpts of memory. The SPO technology delivers excellent signal fidelity with low noise, up to 400,000 wfm/s capture rate (sequence mode), 256-level intensity grading, a digital trigger system and standard serial bus triggering and decoding.
