SDG2000X

The SDG2000X series is a dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator with up to 120 MHz maximum output frequency, 1.2 GSa/s sampling, and 16-bit vertical resolution. TrueArb technology outputs arbitrary waveforms point-by-point (8 pts to 8 Mpts) for low jitter and low distortion versus classic DDS.

EasyPulse technology delivers low-jitter square and pulse signals with independently settable rise/fall times (fastest 8.4 ns), pulse width down to 16.3 ns, and duty cycle as low as 0.001%.

• High-amplitude output at high frequency (e.g. 20 V capability at 20 MHz)
