OPLX6000 Series Laser-Powered Optically Isolated Probe with Display, 60 kV Isolation, up to 1 GHz
The OPLX6000 series is a full upgrade of the laser-powered OPL series optically isolated probes. It adds a display that shows all key parameters, dual-range attenuator switching for a wider measurement range, more attenuator options that reach down to ±0.1 V, internal temperature monitoring for a wider operating temperature range, and laser current-limit protection.
Laser power over fiber allows continuous operation with 60 kV isolation, bandwidth up to 1 GHz, and the very high CMRR, stability and low drift of the OPL series.
