The OPL6000 series laser-powered optically isolated voltage probes achieve remarkably high CMRR across their whole bandwidth. Conventional differential probes lose CMRR quickly at high frequency; optical isolation keeps the probe head fully floating so high-side and switch-node waveforms in fast SiC and GaN circuits can be measured accurately.

Laser power over fiber gives continuous operation with 60 kV isolation and bandwidths from 150 MHz to 1 GHz, with interchangeable MMCX attenuators from ±2.5 V to ±5000 V.
