The OPE6000 series optically isolated voltage probes bring the optical-isolation performance of the OPL6000 series to a lower cost, using a new isolated power-supply technology instead of laser power. With 5 kV isolation they cover most power-semiconductor test scenarios while keeping very high common-mode rejection, high stability and low temperature drift.

Bandwidths range from 150 MHz to 1 GHz, the probe runs continuously, and online calibration and zeroing work without disconnecting from the device under test. Typical uses include switching power supplies, motor drives, new-energy inverters, frequency converters and lighting power supplies.
