The ODP6050B is a 500 MHz optically isolated voltage probe for high-CMRR measurements on floating or high-common-mode circuits. Optical isolation (up to ±60 kV class isolation on the ODP6000B series) keeps the oscilloscope ground separate from the DUT while preserving wideband fidelity into a 50 Ω load.

Attenuator tips cover low- and high-voltage ranges (including high-ratio tips for kilovolt-class peak measurements). Power is supplied by a DC 5 V adapter or a 7.4 V battery pack for portable use.

  • Bandwidth (−3 dB): 500 MHz; rise time ≤ 0.7 ns
  • CMRR typ. 160 dB (DC–10 MHz); terminal load 50 Ω
  • Measurement range depends on attenuator (store listing: up to ±5000 Vpk with high-ratio tip)
  • Suitable for power electronics, motor drives, and high-side switching analysis
