The IT6400 series is a bipolar DC power supply and battery simulator for development and production testing of portable, battery-operated products. Bipolar voltage/current output lets each channel act as a bipolar source or bipolar electronic load, with battery simulation for charge/discharge and mobile-device testing.
Transient response is under 20 μs, current display resolution reaches 1 nA, and speed-shift mode supports fast voltage/current rise (up to 150 μs) without overshoot. A waveform display makes source behavior easy to see on the instrument screen.
- Single-channel output up to ±60 V / ±10 A / 150 W
- Bipolar dual-range output; dual-channel models available (e.g. IT6412)
- Variable output impedance 0–20 Ω for battery simulation
- Built-in high-accuracy DVM; list sequencing; LAN/USB
- Typical uses: portable devices, power banks, LED drivers, battery protection boards
