The HP6603 is a 2000X high-voltage passive probe that measures up to 60 kV DC and 80 kV pulses with DC–50 MHz bandwidth and 1000 MΩ input impedance, for oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ inputs.

It suits high-voltage power supplies, pulsed power, X-ray and electrostatic applications. The probe must be grounded during use.
