The HDP6153A is a high-voltage differential probe for floating measurements up to ±15 kV with 100 MHz bandwidth. Two attenuation ranges (200X for ±1500 V and 2000X for ±15000 V) and high CMRR make it suitable for high-voltage power conversion, pulsed power and insulation test work.

The standard BNC output works with any oscilloscope.
