The HCPX8030D is a Cybertek (ZhiYong) high-frequency AC/DC current probe in the HCPX8000 integrated series. It measures DC and AC current with high bandwidth and about 1% accuracy in range, using a standard BNC output for any oscilloscope.

With the optional OT7001 smart controller, the probe can auto-set attenuation, impedance, and delay on many mainstream scopes. Without smart control, use the supplied DC 5 V / 2 A adapter (do not power from the oscilloscope USB port).

  • Over-range audible/visual alert; degauss/zero; compact jaw for crowded boards
