The F505 series is a 50 Ω Type-N mechanical OSLT calibration kit covering DC to 18 GHz. Discrete open, short, load, and through standards support accurate VNA calibration at microwave frequencies.

  • Frequency range: DC–18 GHz
  • Connector: Type-N male (F505MS), female (F505FS), or male+female set (F505TS)
  • Impedance 50 Ω; performance similar to Keysight 85054D class kits
  • Intended for SNA-class vector network analyzers (not the restricted SVA/SSA-R kit list)
