DLM3000HD

The DLM3000HD series high-definition mixed-signal oscilloscope is built for everyday power-electronics and mechatronics debug. Four analog channels with standard 8-bit logic, 12-bit vertical resolution (up to 16-bit in high-resolution mode), and bandwidth options of 350 or 500 MHz capture fast inverter edges, gate drives, and serial traffic in a compact chassis.

Sample rate reaches 2.5 GS/s with measurement memory up to 1 Gpoint and history storage for up to 200,000 triggers. An 8.4-inch responsive touchscreen plus traditional controls speeds zoom, search, FFT, and serial analysis. Optional DLMsync links two units for up to eight analog channels; IEEE1588 support aids multi-instrument timing. Serial bus options cover UART, I2C, SPI, CAN/CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, SENT, CXPI, PSI5 and more.

Typical applications include SiC/GaN inverter characterization, automotive ECU and mechatronics validation, and multi-channel power-conversion measurements where higher vertical resolution and deep history search matter.
