The CPF1000 series are ultra-wideband passive AC current probes for very fast current edges, such as gate-drive, ESD and high-speed pulse currents. The CPF1100 reaches 25 kHz–1 GHz and has captured rising edges as fast as 339 ps; the CPF1020 covers 1.2 kHz–200 MHz with a higher current rating.
The tiny probe body (1.5 mm aperture) fits around component leads on dense boards and connects to a 50 Ω oscilloscope input through an SMB cable.
