The CP3000 and CP4000 are high-frequency AC/DC current probes used with the CPA3000A and CPA4000A current probe amplifiers. The CP3120, CP3050 and CP3030 work with the CPA3000A, and the CP4040 works with the CPA4000A, covering 30 A to 500 A RMS with bandwidths up to 70 MHz.

The amplifiers provide automatic degauss and zero with a degauss-needed indicator and connect to any oscilloscope through a standard 50 Ω BNC cable. Probes and amplifiers can be ordered separately.
