AQ6151B Optical Wavelength Meter
The AQ6151B is a high-accuracy optical wavelength meter for absolute wavelength measurement of lasers, optical transceivers and WDM systems from 900 nm to 1700 nm.
A Michelson interferometer with high-speed FFT processing measures single- and multi-wavelength signals, including DWDM and modulated transceiver outputs, with ±0.2 ppm accuracy and measurement times of 0.2 s or less.
