Product Introduction

190 Series III ScopeMeter test tools are handheld oscilloscopes for installing, commissioning and maintaining industrial machinery, automation and power-conversion electronics. Every input is insulated from the others and from ground, so mixed circuits with different ground references can be measured without differential probes. Rated CAT III 1000 V / CAT IV 600 V, from 60 MHz to 500 MHz.
